about my afk buster

I have been dealing with this afk buster for 2 days now. It seems to A keep resetting or B Stop the queue on its own. i would have been done with this probably today but i have only gotten 2 matches done. 3 more to go. This afk buster rarely happens to me. if it does its because i had to go for an emergency. I can understand tho. but i don't really like it resetting on me now. If possible how can i fix this. it was suppose to be 20 minutes but in this it has been way longer. so far 29 minutes. would love to post a picture but don't see anywhere to attach it too.

actually I should have had 1 more afk buster left. cause yesterday after it kicked me out once i just stopped for the day and today i did a game then it kicked me out and reset on me. My time froze at 33:35 seconds and will not continue. I also do have pictures of it. Edit: i went to reset the queue cause it was like 39 minutes but still was stuck at 33:35 and wasn't getting me into a match and now i have to spend another 20 minutes. once again i still have pictures if i can post anywhere.
