[Gameplay] Sion and Occult sword/Mejai

Hi there ! I noticed the other day while messing around with Sion, that if you buy Occult sword and die with it (activating sion's passive), you seem to lose half your stacks twice , once on passive activation and once on death in passive form. The same issue seems to happen with Mejai. I can't imagine that this is intended, so I'm reporting it here. Thanks for reading, and I hope this issue will be fixed soon.
