[GAMEPLAY] Champion Auto Attacks Prioritize Minions Over Champions After Spell Use

I've noticed a bug with a few champions single target spells. After using a spell on an enemy champion (my example is Quinn's E) the next auto attack after landing prioritizes minions over the champion I just vaulted. I noticed it once during a match and decided to test if it was just a miss click on my end, but surely enough I basic attacked an enemy first, then used E and let go of my mouse and when Quinn landed I had started attacking the minion next to me. I don't have a link or video or anything to show, but it is something I have experienced multiple times before.
