My chat isn't working

Every time I log into to my NA client my chat is disconnected. Often when I request for it to reconnect it just doesn't, although it sometimes does if I try four or five times. It also makes it so I can't chat in pregame lobbies at all.

Interestingly enough, when I log into my LAN account it works fine. Not that it matters on there because I can't speak Spanish, but it's still strange that it would be working on one and not the other.

This has been happening for at least a solid month now. I figured it was just a bug, but patches have come and gone without it changing, or being acknowledged by anyone else. Any help?
