Zyra - Dark Harvest doesnt proc with flower hits

Before latest patch, Dark Harvest used to proc from flower hits when enemy champion was below 50% ( as rune describes).
now it seems that Dark Harvest procs only on direct hits (single attacks or abilities q and e) and it doesnt count flower hits at all ( both vines spawned either by Q or E abilities)

how reproduce: pick Zyra vs an enemy champion with HP below 50% . dont direct hit him with q or e , but spawn a flower ( either from Q or E abilities) and let only flower hit the enrmy champion

(Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it.) unfortunetely dont have any screenshot or kept any video recording the (presumably) bug , happened in 2 consecutive games, on multiple occassions that met and damaged enemies below 50% (indicated with the red aura around them)

dont know if that was intended and works as it should but there were no references in Dark Harvest rune description nor any Zyra changes in the patch chagnelog so i thought to give it a report
