I did not get my Mastery 7 token even though I obtained an S+

I obtained an S+ in a game, and I did not get a mastery 7 token. I do not get S's very often, and cannot play very often, so I value every S I get. I do not want to be cheated out of this token, so I would like to know why I did not receive the token, of if this is a bug.
