Idle Fiddlesticks freeze
Idling with Fiddles until his passive activates makes him unresponsive to /taunt, /joke, /laugh etc etc.... Is that intended or some sort of a bug?

Is that through the chat box?
Or key bindings?
I only tried with key bindings, but, lets say I left him to dance, and he freezes mid dance as well.

Fiddlesticks will stop moving completely and act like a scarecrow after 5 seconds of being idle
