Darius' Decimate misses while in hitbox?

So, I've had a fair bit of juggernaut/fighter kick recently, I've noticed an issue with Darius' Q, where sometimes, for no apparent reason, an enemy say, Nasus could be in the hitbox of Decimate and it completely whiffs. It puts Decimate on cooldown, nobody gets hit and now you're being chased down with no heal. This bug has only come up since the Darius rework, but now his Q has, I'd give it a 5% chance to completely miss, while you could have all 5 enemies in the first or second ring of the Q, the entire ability could just... Not work. -- I'll see if I can get a recording of it, but the infrequency is annoying because it hasn't been fixed since the rework, which shows not many are picking up on it/reporting it.
