Yosemite On Macs Not Loading Games or Freezing in Game

So Sunday I was playing League of Legends perfectly fine. On Monday I download the new Yosemite software for my Macbook Pro and when playing League tonight my game took three times to load (after force shutdown on my laptop) and get into the game. During the game it was freezing and when trying to play another game the same thing happened. Any other Mac users who downloaded Yosemite having this problem?
