E has a tiny second of untargetability on it, so if you time it at precisely the right time, you can dodge a lot of things like that
That's a bug that's been around a really long time. Just happens, and it probably doesn't have enough of an impact or occur frequently enough for Riot to fix it

Just out of curiosity as an avid Quinn player who never knew about the invulnerability tick in her e at what point of the vault is it?

I honestly have no clue. I've only done the thing once, where I dodged a Zed ult. I've seen a video where a Quinn dodged a Jinx ult with it too. I think it might be the moment you start the jump animation

Ok, thanks i might see if i get lucky with it sometime but it doesn't sound consistent enough to practice XD
