ping and trinket wont go

Hey LoL community.

I have been playing a couple of games today and it seems that the ping don't work correctly. When I press I have my ping button I cant choose from the 4 different pings and I have to hammer mu keyboard to get the trinket. I think it does the same with botrk and all those clic items which make the game very hard to play.

Can you please fix this for me or help me with it?
