can only have 12 rune pages

is this a bug or what i thought the limit was 20 ive bought 2 runes pages and they havent been added to my rune pages i still have 12/12 someone help plz.

I can't help you with that, but I can say that you only need 1 that you can costumize in champ select, for that specific game.
