[GAMEPLAY] Hecarims E not always applying damage.

Been playing Hecarim a lot recently because of the sweet new skin that was released and I've noticed that his E isn't always applying the damage to enemy champions, turrets, and inhibs.

It's happened multiple times per games I'll be pushing the turret or engaging on the enemy top laner with Devastating Charge and it will knock them back or to the side but no damage would apply from it. Sometimes it's from the middle of the ability other times it wont apply when near the end but the knockback still happens.

The first time I figured maybe the animation registered but the ability had worn off. So I tested it again and still the damage wasn't applying but the animation and knockback would. It happened multiple times with no damage but other times the damage would apply.

Has anyone else experienced this?

TLDR: Hecarims E doesn't always seem to be applying damage but the knockback and animation still goes off.
