Hello. I have noticed that these item's unique passive does not work on Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline. After buying these items Ability Power should increase alot but this isn't happening. When hovering on top of the item bonus AP is 0. Thanks for your time!

I added together the AP the items you had give. Rabadon's does indeed give the bonus AP, it just doesn't display it right. Regardless, if it didn't properly give AP, that'd be a serious problem deserving of an immediate fix. Good on ye for actually paying attention though.
Oh. If you're wondering what the numbers were,
AP from items: 235 (Without Rabadon's passive) Rabadon's passive AP: 70.5 Total AP: 305.5
Since I don't know what runes or masteries you had, I can't add that up to get perfect numbers, but there you go. It is functioning properly, just not displaying it.
Ive notice that a lot as well even sometime it will just say unknown for me and not even count in any extra ap on the counter
