Client partial freeze

I have got this same bug many times that when i look other players profiles several in row that ability freezes and i can't look them any more not even my own profile. And right click to over players name in "recently played" and "view profile" doesn't do anything and if i click my own profile icon i only hear sound but nothing happens. I can enter to shop but all else is like frozen.

sometimes this also causes that when you start game and in champion select all masteries and rune pages is named as they were in that last player profile that you inspected only names are wrong but runes and masteries are as i have choosed.

Only restart solves the issue but if you do same as above it happens again.
