I can't attack inhibs when Azir has a sand soldier standing within attack range of the inhib. I understand you cant use a soldier to attack structures, but Azir won't even basic attack the inhib. Why can't you basic attack the inhibs with a soldier standing next to an inhib but you can do that to a turret.
Steps to recreating:
1 - Create sand soldier in attacking range of inhib 2 - attempt to attack inhib 3 - notice how azir wont basic attack inhib

Inhib IS considered a structure.
Structure =/= Turrets Only
