Boots Shop Glitch?

I bought a Kirchei's Shard and my Mobility Boots just disappeared when I was running out of base. They didn't sell or anything, just got taking out of my inventory straight up.

My team thought I was insane earlier when I claimed my Sorcerer's Shoes disappeared as I bought my Haunting Guise! I couldn't undo anything, by the way, not even my HG purchase.
