[GAMEPLAY]UI graphical Bug

I honestly don't know how to replicate this bug, but what happens at almost random intervals is for almost no reason at all parts of the ui appear on random spots on my screen like shown in the image link. That's some of the more minor ones, but more then often it takes up a huge chunk of the screen for a bit or even takes it's spot over the mini-map making it incredibly difficult to play this game. I have no idea how this happens or why, but all I really want is it to be heard.
