Strength of the Ages Mastery tooltip or ingame interaction is wrong [GAMEPLAY]

The tool tip for the mastery states for large minion and siege minion kills you gain 20 and 10 health respectively but when i play jungle the minions only give me 10 health each up till the cap of 300
