Riot Fix Your Draft Lobby

Here I am in a ranked game waiting for my turn to pick and the enemy teams timer goes down to 0 right before my turn. Im assuming its a dodge but the timer stays at 0 for two minutes before kicking me out because I DODGED THE MATCH. Now I have an hour long ban for dodging and lost LP. How is this even fair when its your servers that keep freezing up on me. This is the second time this has happened to me in three days (luckily the other one froze after I locked in so I was able to join the game 30 seconds late. FFS fix these bugs because its very annoying that I'm getting locked out of games and losing LP because I drop connection the server.
