I do not know if this is intended or not but I was in a game as Karthus and had the presence of mind rune. The rune gives you 10% of your ultimate for kills or assists. I noticed when I used the ultimate and got a kill with it I did not get the cdr. If you think about it the ultimate was used, channeled, and went off to kill someone so they died after it was used. So why wouldn’t it give you the cdr for kills with the ultimate?
