By far the weirdest graphical bug I've ever had

so it looks like a 10 pixel strip all the way down the screen has been moved from where my r ability right in the middle of it would be to the far left side of the screen, in the first image if u look at the r ability u can see a clear cut where pixels should be and arent, and in the second image u can see the pixels and the far left just being there for no reason. very strange over all
