Got kicked out at the end of champ select then displays as defeat rather than afk?

For some reason I was in Champ select and as the game load, it says I got kicked out of the group and was brought back to the lobby saying the group got disbanded no group was found. then I left the game and came back after an hour only to find that I had a recent game that I lost (doesn't display as leave either just says defeat). Anyone else had this problem?
