[Gameplay] In shop, refunding Targon's Brace to Relic shield causes counter to disappear

With Sion support, a few times I have bought Targon's Brace and then remembered that's not the first item I want to buy, and refunded it and bought a sight stone. The buff counter I have over my UI on the bottom that shows how many hits I have for activating Relic Shield disappears, and I don't know how many I have. It seems to come back if I use all my charges and it charges back to 1. It's a minor bug, and it most likely occurs because my counter is less than max when I die or recall home and immediately buy the Targon's Brace and refund it before the counter refreshes to the next increment.
