Garen's q applies Statikk early

I played a custom game with a friend garen vs garen going full crit and i noticed a bug. Garen's q has a longer animation than the normal attack. When you have a statikk shiv and you attack with a q the on hit effect applies before Garen actually hits and damages the target. I don't do the math but i think that it applies like if i did a standard autoattack but with a longer animation. I never play garen ad (obviously) but that's a pretty serious bug since statikk is not the only on hit effect. Anyway sorry for eventual bad english, i'm italian.
