Hextech and Token Bug

Hello,

Today I received a S- for Zyra, which I have level 5 mastery with, I received my token, but not a chest, though I had a chest available to collect.

After this, I played a game with Ezreal, again, level 5 mastery.. again, I got an S and received a chest but no token. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have all champs so you can repay me by unlocking all the skins too. Thanks.
