Small, but annoying Malzahar issue Malefic Visions

It seems the sound his E makes has disappeared. I asked an enemy Malzahar if he could hear his, and he said he could not either. While this does not affect how the skill itself works, it does affect how you interact with the spell while it's deployed. I'm used to hearing it ...I don't best know how to describe it (forgive me, I just woke up!), but you can hear how long it's going to last by the amount of noises it makes...you know what I mean?

I played 2 games on Malzahar yesterday and experienced this issue both times, and the one enemy Malz I saw said he had the same issue.
