Taking WAY Too Long to Load Into a Game

I don't know what it is, but every time I've tried to play a game the past day or two, everything is as usual and working well until i get to the loading screen. Whenever I do get in, it took so long the game gets remade, and i lose LP for absolutely nothing. It's not a ping issue, because it stays the usual amount (50-60), and I've tried restarting my PC multiple times. Any ideas? Do i have to re-install?
