lol patcher bug. help?

when i am at the lol patcher and is going to click Launch button, this comes up: step 2/2 updating league of legends 33%. Always when i open the lol patcher this happens and worst of all its stops at 69% and wont load anymore. i have tried to reinstall the game several times but it wont work.

HELP?
