Sona: first Q attack in the game causes everyone on both sides to get lag lasting around .5 of a second.
usually buy Spellthief's Edge, warding trinket and as many mana pots as I can, and take my W first, as I get to Lvl2 I learn my Q and use it in bot lane causing some serious lag. Have not noticed but could be Sona + Sion games only but try to recreate with other champs. Will only happen once in the game. Tis my civic duty to report these, Thanks.

This has been happening to me ever since the 4.18 patch. The first Q I use in a match will freeze my screen. It never occurred to me to ask if other people in the match were affected, but I have noticed that I never get punished for not knowing what was happening, so I'm assuming that the screen freezing affected other players too.
This occurs to me to. I didn't know this happened to both sides, I thought it was just me.
This only happens when the hymn of valor bolts go off (not if you use Q at fountain at the beginning of the game), so I'm assuming the game is not loading the assets for the bolts during the loading screen.

Sion games. I was playing Ranked last night, as Sona, and it happened every game, every time I hit my first Q. I said something to my team about it, and a couple of them confirmed that they were getting hit with the lag also.
I main support Sona, and I have not seen this lag.....Do you live in NA server area? I'm guessing it's your connection.
