Xerath Q - Minimap bug

Hello there and welcome to my first bug report ever. Since I am currently playing a lot of again, I realized there is a new bug going on with his Q. I've been playing league since end of s4 so I am kinda new to lol but I think I am right saying that I know xerath quite well by now. He is my main and I have played 199 (honestly I counted them in my match history...) games with him. So as mentioned above there is something very weird and ugly going on with his Q. I am the guy who really takes his time and charges the Q to the very end and I also change directions with it quite often which leads me to hovering my mouse across the whole monitor sometimes. However, for some reason, if you try to charge the Q while pointing it at an enemy or whatever in the bottom left hand corner you are forced to hover over the minimap. And that's where it's getting really weird. The moment you hover over the minimap, the Q changes it's direction immediately to the point you are pointing it on the minimap which sometimes leads to pretty annoying results.
