Problems with claiming twitch prime loot

I claimed the first twitch prime loot and everything worked fine. However, everytime i enter the "claim loot window" now, it always tells me to "connect" my account. After i do that again, the second loot is still grayed out, and when i click on the first one. the circle-loading things just keeps on loading endlessly. So, i dont want to miss the window of opportunity to get these loot crates so i hope i can get some help to resolve this issue

I shouldnt even be able to click the "claim" button on the first loot chest right? Since i already claimed it. But the bug causes it to be able to be clicked, and since i for some reason seem to have not "claimed" the first one according to twitch, i cant click the second one. But after clicking the first one it just keeps loading and loading without end because it then realized that my account already got the first loot chest soo... yeah, at least thats the only logical explanation i could come up with
