Game breaking bug with quinn

i play a game as top lane quinn, this is seriously massive bug. idk why but at one point i got stuck as valor! i couldnt skystrike, didnt get the speed boost, and was permanently melee. its such a feeling of uselessness when you literally cant do anything. my blind worked like valors but didnt blind. i think, it didnt seem like they did. sometimes they did or didnt. but yea, stuck in melee hydra was proced on auto and sometimes an arrow would come out when i autoed, every time when i hit an inhibitor. if you have any way of seeing the game you need to see it.
