Fix ranked banning

So I have a bad computer so i froze up for 5 mins came back and we won i lost 17- Lp on top of that i got que banned for 5 games 20 m ins each and got no look also one game i got 11 plus Lp please get rid of my que blocker for 20 mins this is crazy beacuse i left for 5 mins beacuse my game froze
