More often than not, when I click to go somewhere on the mini-map, there is interference from my Windows 10 notification "bar" that causes my LOL to minimize. Then, it takes several seconds for the game to come back up once I click on the tab.

Not just you. Imagine being in the middle of a ranked team fight and when you're needed to be clutch the most this thing comes up to tell you that it's somebody's birthday. Bruh, I don't care whose birthday it is right now! xD The LoL client is not snappy when it minimizes either. That thing takes 10 business days to restore window. Frustrating. Nah, you're not the only one.
