20 minute timers and unexpected ready check

Why is this bug still not fixed? So I have 20 minute timers and after waiting 10 damn minutes in que only to just get into game im greeted with another 20 minutes wasted because of an unexpected ready check. Like atleast refresh the timers to 5 minutes at the end of the season and fix the damn bugs thats been going on constantly for several patches in a row. Actually just a waste of time and makes me want to play the game even less.
