New LeaverBuster Glitch?

So a couple days ago I left a match because my wifi messed up, and when it came back on 3 hours later, I got a message for five games I have to wait five minutes before letting the queue start. But today as I tried to get in queue and I waited for five minutes, it restarted the timer 3 times. Its not letting me play at all and not letting me get in queue. What is happening?
