Her W's cooldown was reduced to 19 second from 21 from it but the cooldown on her Q has not went down after the hotfix, is that suppose to be case?

As it turns out, tooltips did not update for Lunge,but the buffs still went through.

Yeah, Meddler said it in another post, it's hotfixed at server end, but tool tips won't be updated unitl next patch.
