New Banning System Bug

So basically, I was queuing for a ranked game when I got one, then when I was choosing a champion (just before banning phase), it kicked me out and put me back into the main screen (where the vs. event and so on can be seen). Then directly after this, it put me back into the game, which was now going through its banning phase. However neither me or my teammates could ban, and we so communicated this through chat. Finally, when the banning phase timer ended, I was kicked again, losing 3 LP and getting a queue dodge timer.

Anyone else experienced this?
