I want compensation.

I got 20 minute queues earlier this week while attempting to play a ranked placement game. While in the loading screen I got an error and had to restart League. Well when I opened the launcher it acknowledged the bug and fixed it. Well by the time I was able to relaunch the League the game had been remade, I had my queues, a placement game was considered lost and my MMR was dropped. Well I started burning my queues off over a few days and when I have 3 left I'm loading into a game and I get the error again. I go through the whole process again and now I have 5 more 20 minute queues to burn off and my Solo MMR (if op.gg is to be trusted) went from around Gold 5 to Bronze 3 when I only actually lost one of my placement games. I'm sending a complaint but want to post here too because I want to increase the chances of getting compensation because, though I understand Riot could totally ignore this and be no worse off, I really hope someone will see this and want to help because honestly, my League experience now and in the near future when I am burning my undeserved Leaver Buster queues off and getting placed the having to climb out of Bronze or low Silver, will be extremely unpleasant and I really want to be able to enjoy my favorite game.

TL;DR The League client lost me two games, dropped my placements 2 leagues and made me wait 2 hours in Leaver Buster queues and it was out of my control.
