YASUO NO SOUND WITH Q OR TORNADO WHEN LANDED WITHOUT VISION

This just happened with the latest patch and I seriously hope it wasn't on purpose. When using Q over a wall for example with no vision I get no sound for it not even the statikk shiv proc.. super annoying im not sure if this is something on other champs because im a yas main hard lol. But I think it makes the game play akward and would really like to hear back if its a glitch or not and if not WHYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!! anyways love you Riot!
