My game doesn't appear in my match history and I didn't receive points for a game i won.

So I just did a ranked 5 vs 5 game in solo queue and after the game i looked in my match history and it didn't appear. I also had to skip waiting for stats after waiting 5 minutes because it wouldn't load. I tried logging off and on a few times and it seems the game i played doesn't exist at all. I think it's pretty sad because i won the game and got no points for it but i was wondering if that also hapened to some other people. I managed to message two of my teammates and they both didnt receive points/have access to that game in the match history.
