Help meee!!! Rito i don't wanna play Dota

OK i have had a issue with the lol launcher for the last 4 months when i click launch after updating it does nothing it comes up with the 2 agreement pages after that nothing i have waited hours for it to do something and changed the priority levels on Task Manger when launching.. nothing has worked. This all started after a windows 8.1 update completed and is still there now that my computer has been updated to windows 10. I was hoping the windows 10 update would fix whatever was causing this... it didn't even after i reinstalled league of legends after having deleted any trace of it on my computer. so the only way i have ever fixed this updating issue has been when i have updated on a old computer with widows 7 put lol on a hard drive and played off that; keep in mind this took about a hour each time after updating. The computer that i was using to update league onto the hard drive is no longer working so PLs Rito if u want my RP help me. i have try everything in the forums but nothing has fixed this issues. i have posted things like this 1 or twice and the only service i get is a website link from the admin ....always... , and the answer is no deleting rads lol.airclient and forcing a new update doe not fix the problem for me. I've tried to be a strong person it no longer works Rito pls help i dont wanna switch to dota
