Client Freeze/Yasuo Ulti not working

Client froze on match accepted for ARAM. Finally got into champ select and client was acting buggy and froze there as well. Got into the game with Yasuo and multiple times my ulti would not work. Landed a clear double knockup and had no cc on me, ulti was not on cooldown and I hit the key multiple times within the knockup and my ult just didnt happen.
