Problems with J4's files?

When ever I update or sometimes it doesn't even have to be an update. If j4 is picked once the game is loaded I get kicked out and I get a message saying I do not have j4s files I need to repair. Any one else get this message it happens like every 3 days. Happens when I pick nasus in ranked.... So 20 mins later I can come into game with no Q farm.... Q.Q
