[GAMEPLAY] Camera will become fixed on champion and cannot be unlocked

Sometimes during normal gameplay, the camera will lock on the controlled champion and cannot be unlocked.

• Pressing "Y" does not unlock.
• Pressing the camera control button by the mini-map does not unlock.
• Changing the type of camera lock (fixed per-side offset, fixed, etc.) will behave as expected when locked on champion, but will not unlock the camera.

When this bug occurs, I've only found that only hero respawn after death will "unlock" the camera. I assume exiting the client and re-logging will work as well.

Unfortunately, I do not have a step-by-step to reproduce this, but it has occurred twice in the past ten games. Some possibly relevant notes:

• When locked and the character dies, the camera remains locked on grave. It will not unlock until after respawn in fountain is complete.
• I noticed it both times while walking back to lane from fountain, though not necessarily while in fountain.
• I quick-move the camera around the map, right-clicking to move, and tap space bar to center back on champion a few times just before it becomes locked.
• It has happened with two different champions.
• Both times it was on red / top team.
• My default camera lock is fixed per-offset.
• My mouse has a hair-trigger right- and left-click which results in a higher than average click count.

It appears some combination of tapping the "spacebar" key and a lot of clicking causes this. It's possible that other keys help to cause this situation (likely culprits are "A", "P", or "Enter"), but I cannot be sure.
