League of Legends (6.3) Match Won't Load?

So whenever I finish the champion select, and go into the loading screen, it goes straight to a black screen and sits there for a while and then this error message comes up everytime. This happens to me with Normal, Ranked, ARAM, and Custom matches. What do? :(

Same but without since I force quit. That's how I got a 20 min abandon que. In 6.4, I'll test a custom match
