Leaver Buster Bug

Leaver Buster is not allowing me to join a game even after the timer, it goes through the entire champion selection process, and drops me as soon as the game moves to start, then penalizes me further for missing a game. Leaver Buster is officially trash, and I will now be boycotting Rot Games until they fix it.
