Engerized icon

I had one game the engerized icon shows in the beginning of the game. When I hit the minions, the number(100) in the engerzied icon activates. But it looks like it didn't do extra damage. I don't know why is it. BUg? I used sivir. I bought the sword and three red pots.

That's the new Warlord's Bloodlust Keystone; it doesn't deal bonus damage, it gives you lifesteal and movement speed.
