In the present Rotating game mode (Nexus Blitz), when Kalista is in the game, she can R the Scuttle in the "race your scuttle" in-game mission and she can advance it basically winning the mini battle giving her team the prize.

Just confirmed, I played a Kalista game myself, you are able to use the bind item on scuttle and you are able to R it forward on the race.

But can you oathsworn with an ally champion after you attach to the scuttle?

Scuttler is coded as a champion, so every champion exclusive ability works on it, but then you can't bind to another ally because it would be past 3 minutes. Working as intended

Does that mean Tahm can eat his own team's scuttle and give it a speed boost? I'm pretty sure Tahm moves faster than scuttle does, and as a bonus he keeps it from being killed.
